I am drawn to businesses that quietly serve people every day. Self storage is one of those businesses, and I enjoy making facilities safer, cleaner, easier to use, and better operated.

Steward Holdings is the company I am growing for the long haul. It brings together the things I care about most: stewardship, family, faith, problem solving, and the desire to create more freedom to serve others well.

My background has shaped the way I see properties. I notice lighting, access, habits, visibility, customer flow, and the small details that can affect whether a facility feels cared for. In self storage, those details matter.

I am not trying to sound bigger than I am. I am trying to grow something honest, durable, and useful: a company that acquires good facilities with untapped potential and improves them with patience and care.
